Cheese Egg Cloud Keto Bread is a low-carb, high-protein, and gluten-free bread alternative made with whipped egg whites, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Light, fluffy, and versatile — perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or snacking.
4 large eggs, separated
¼ tsp cream of tartar
3 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: herbs, garlic powder, or seasoning
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate eggs. Whip whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix yolks, cream cheese, shredded cheese, baking powder, and salt.
Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture in batches.
Spoon into 6–8 rounds on the baking sheet.
Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze. Add herbs or spices to customize flavor. Sweet variation also possible.
