This Apple Crumble Cheesecake combines creamy cheesecake, cinnamon apples, and a buttery crumble topping for the ultimate fall dessert. Perfect for holidays and cozy gatherings.
Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Apple Layer:
2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
Crumble Topping:
½ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter, softened
Preheat oven to 325°F. Make crust and press into springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Toss apples with sugar, spices, flour, and lemon juice.
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour into crust.
Layer apples on top of batter.
Make crumble topping and sprinkle over apples.
Bake 55–65 minutes. Cool in oven, then chill at least 6 hours before serving.
Use tart apples for best flavor. Can be made 1–2 days ahead. Delicious topped with caramel sauce or whipped cream.
