This Apple Crumble Cheesecake combines creamy cheesecake, cinnamon apples, and a buttery crumble topping for the ultimate fall dessert. Perfect for holidays and cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 6 tbsp butter, melted

Filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Apple Layer:

  • 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble Topping:

  • ½ cup flour

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Make crust and press into springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

  • Toss apples with sugar, spices, flour, and lemon juice.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour into crust.

  • Layer apples on top of batter.

  • Make crumble topping and sprinkle over apples.

  • Bake 55–65 minutes. Cool in oven, then chill at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Use tart apples for best flavor. Can be made 1–2 days ahead. Delicious topped with caramel sauce or whipped cream.
