A rich, layered no-bake dessert featuring a buttery nut crust, sweet cream cheese, silky pudding, and fluffy whipped topping—perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping

Pudding Layer:
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk

Topping:
1 ½ – 2 cups whipped topping
Chocolate shavings or chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients, press into 9×13 pan. Bake 15–18 mins. Cool.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.

  • Whisk pudding mix and milk. Let thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  • Top with remaining whipped topping. Smooth surface.

  • Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill 4+ hours or overnight.

  • Slice and serve cold.

Notes

Cool crust completely before layering. Chill overnight for best texture. Store in fridge.
