Crust:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
Pudding Layer:
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk
Topping:
1 ½ – 2 cups whipped topping
Chocolate shavings or chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients, press into 9×13 pan. Bake 15–18 mins. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
Whisk pudding mix and milk. Let thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped topping. Smooth surface.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill 4+ hours or overnight.
Slice and serve cold.
