1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried
1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried fruit
Optional: ¼ cup white chocolate (for drizzle)
Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Let air dry completely.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each berry in chocolate and let excess drip off.
Place on tray and add toppings immediately if using.
Chill for 20–30 minutes until set.
Serve at room temperature.
Use gel food coloring for white chocolate if desired.
Store uncovered in fridge for up to 24 hours.
