A no-bake Canadian treat made with graham crackers, coconut, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Fun to make, even more fun to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)

  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix graham crumbs and shredded coconut.

  • Add condensed milk, vanilla, and melted butter (if using). Stir until fully combined.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Chill mixture for 30–60 minutes.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls using clean, damp hands.

  • Roll in extra coconut if desired.

  • Store in fridge or freezer.

Notes

For a nutty variation, add peanut butter or chopped nuts. Make gluten-free by using GF graham crumbs. Keeps for 1 week refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
