A no-bake Canadian treat made with graham crackers, coconut, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Fun to make, even more fun to eat!
1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)
In a large bowl, mix graham crumbs and shredded coconut.
Add condensed milk, vanilla, and melted butter (if using). Stir until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill mixture for 30–60 minutes.
Roll into 1-inch balls using clean, damp hands.
Roll in extra coconut if desired.
Store in fridge or freezer.
For a nutty variation, add peanut butter or chopped nuts. Make gluten-free by using GF graham crumbs. Keeps for 1 week refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
