Instructions

  • If dates are dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.

  • Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until coarse.

  • Add cocoa powder and dates. Process until mixture forms a sticky dough.

  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Optional: Roll in shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder.

  • Chill for 15–30 minutes, or enjoy immediately.

  • Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
