Strawberry brownie kabobs made with juicy strawberries, fudgy brownie cubes, and soft marshmallows. A no-bake, crowd-pleasing dessert on a stick with optional chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 pan brownies (homemade or store-bought), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bag large marshmallows
6–8 inch wooden skewers
Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  • Wash and hull strawberries; cut large ones in half.

  • Cut cooled brownies into 1-inch cubes.

  • Thread skewers with alternating strawberry, marshmallow, and brownie pieces.

  • Repeat layers 2–3 times per skewer.

  • Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

  • Serve immediately or chill up to 4 hours.

Notes

Chill brownies for cleaner cuts. Use blunt skewers for kids. Add toasted marshmallows for a s’mores-style twist.
