These Easy Cinnamon Sugar Blondies are soft, chewy, and full of warm cinnamon flavor with a crackly sugar crust. A simple one-bowl recipe perfect for fall snacking or cozy gatherings.

Blondies:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.

  • Mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla.

  • Stir in flour, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.

  • Spread batter in pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.

  • Bake 22–26 mins until golden and just set. Cool completely. Slice and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. For a fun twist, swirl in caramel or add white chocolate chips.
