A no-bake truffle that captures the gooey, chocolatey magic of s’mores—made with marshmallow fluff, graham crackers, and a rich chocolate coating.

Ingredients

1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips (melted into base)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (for coating)
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Crushed graham crackers or mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  • Melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips until smooth.

  • Stir in vanilla, salt, marshmallow fluff, and graham crumbs.

  • Chill dough 20 minutes.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls; freeze 30 minutes.

  • Melt coating chocolate with coconut oil.

  • Dip truffles and place on parchment.

  • Decorate with crumbs or marshmallows.

  • Chill until set.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 5 days. Use gloves or greased hands for rolling. Make mini versions for parties.
