Instructions

1. Peel and cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. 2. Place in slow cooker; sprinkle with Lipton Onion Soup mix, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika. 3. Dot with butter and pour in water or broth. 4. Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours until fork-tender. 5. Stir gently halfway through. 6. Add parsley before serving. 7.
