High Protein Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are tender chunks of beef slow cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce for a hearty and satisfying dinner.
2 pounds beef sirloin tips or chuck roast cut into 1 to 1½ inch cubes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Trim and cube beef into evenly sized pieces.
Optional: Sear beef in a hot skillet 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Place beef in slow cooker.
Mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture and beef broth over beef and stir gently.
