3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 can tomato puree
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup heavy cream
Spices: garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, chili powder
Salt and pepper
Chicken broth
