Crispy and flavorful vegan pizza rolls filled with marinara, vegetables, and dairy-free cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 pound vegan pizza dough
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1/2 cup vegan shredded cheese (mozzarella-style)
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, finely diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out dough to 12×8 inches; spread sauce, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Add vegetables, spinach, olives, and sprinkle vegan cheese. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Roll tightly from long side; seal edges and slice into 1–1.5 inch rolls.
  • Place on baking sheet; brush tops with olive oil.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can add different vegetables, swap sauces, and freeze for later baking.
