Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are flaky, golden crescents filled with a gooey brown sugar and pecan mixture. These no-fuss treats taste like mini pecan pies and come together in just 30 minutes.
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional Glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk or cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Spoon filling on wide ends and roll up tightly.
Place on baking sheet, point-side down.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden.
Optional: Drizzle with glaze after baking.
Don’t overfill to avoid leaking. Can be made ahead or frozen. Toast pecans for best flavor.
