Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are flaky, golden crescents filled with a gooey brown sugar and pecan mixture. These no-fuss treats taste like mini pecan pies and come together in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Optional Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 12 tbsp milk or cream

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.

  • Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

  • Spoon filling on wide ends and roll up tightly.

  • Place on baking sheet, point-side down.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden.

  • Optional: Drizzle with glaze after baking.

Notes

Don’t overfill to avoid leaking. Can be made ahead or frozen. Toast pecans for best flavor.
