These no-bake tiramisu truffles bring together mascarpone, coffee, and crushed ladyfingers for a rich Italian-inspired treat. Perfect for gifting or entertaining.
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1½ cups crushed ladyfingers or biscotti
⅓ cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp espresso or strong coffee
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz dark chocolate (for coating)
Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso, liqueur, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in crushed ladyfingers to form soft dough. Chill 30–60 mins.
Scoop and roll into balls. Chill again 15 mins.
Dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder.
Let set in fridge 15–30 mins. Serve chilled.
Use cream cheese if mascarpone is unavailable.
Add ground espresso or cinnamon to coating for extra flavor.
Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze for 2 months.
