These no-bake tiramisu truffles bring together mascarpone, coffee, and crushed ladyfingers for a rich Italian-inspired treat. Perfect for gifting or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese

  • 1½ cups crushed ladyfingers or biscotti

  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

  • 23 tbsp espresso or strong coffee

  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (for coating)

  • Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  • Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso, liqueur, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in crushed ladyfingers to form soft dough. Chill 30–60 mins.

  • Scoop and roll into balls. Chill again 15 mins.

  • Dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder.

  • Let set in fridge 15–30 mins. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use cream cheese if mascarpone is unavailable.

  • Add ground espresso or cinnamon to coating for extra flavor.

  • Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze for 2 months.
