No Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fresh strawberries, perfect for a summer dessert.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Optional: strawberry glaze

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; mix with melted butter. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Chill 10–15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix until glossy.
  • Pour filling into crust and smooth. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
  • Optionally garnish with whipped cream or strawberry glaze. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries. Assemble with strawberries just before serving. Do not freeze.
