Crock Pot Marry Me Chicken features tender chicken breasts in a creamy, sun-dried tomato sauce with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. Easy, indulgent, and perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Cooked pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, for serving
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Optional: sear chicken in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side.
Place chicken in slow cooker and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
Whisk together cream, broth, garlic, onion powder, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken.
Cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Stir gently 15 minutes before serving to thicken sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Use chicken thighs for juicier meat; half-and-half for lighter sauce; add vegetables for extra nutrition.
