These crispy keto cinnamon cream cheese roll ups are the perfect low-carb dessert or snack — sweet, satisfying, and simple to make in under 15 minutes.

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (plus more for coating)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla and roll tightly.

  • In a small bowl, combine additional erythritol and cinnamon for coating.

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry roll ups seam-side down, turning until all sides are golden and crispy.

  • While hot, roll or sprinkle with cinnamon sweetener mix.

  • Slice and serve warm.
