1 1 half pounds ground beef 80 20 blend
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions thinly sliced
1 half teaspoon black pepper
1 half teaspoon salt optional
4 to 6 burger buns
Cook bacon until crisp and chop finely.
In a bowl combine ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, green onions, pepper, and salt.
Mix gently until combined.
Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
Cook on grill or skillet over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Assemble on toasted buns with desired toppings.
Do not overmix the meat. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Patties can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
