2 cups cooked diced chicken breast or thighs
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika optional
2 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
4 large flour tortillas
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add diced chicken salt pepper and paprika and cook until heated through.
Stir in cream cheese and half of the shredded cheeses until melted and creamy.
Spoon filling onto warmed tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
