Gooey, crunchy marshmallow bars made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal — a no-bake treat full of cinnamon-sugar flavor and perfect for quick snacks or parties.
6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
10 oz (6 cups) mini marshmallows
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 cup extra mini marshmallows for folding in
Lightly grease a 9×9-inch pan and line with parchment.
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
Add cereal and mix quickly until coated.
Fold in extra mini marshmallows if using.
Press mixture gently into the pan. Let cool for 30–45 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
Avoid over-packing to keep bars soft. Add cinnamon sugar or a drizzle of white chocolate for extra flair.
