No-bake Spekulatius truffles made with spiced cookies, cream cheese, and almonds — perfect for holiday gifting or cozy indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Spekulatius cookies

  • 150 g cream cheese or vegan alternative

  • 70 g ground almonds

  • 23 tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup

  • Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp rum

  • For coating: cocoa, coconut, melted chocolate, nuts

Instructions

  • Crush cookies finely.

  • Mix with cream cheese, almonds, sugar, and optional flavorings.

  • Chill for 30 minutes.

  • Roll into balls and coat or decorate.

  • Refrigerate until firm.
