150 g Spekulatius cookies
150 g cream cheese or vegan alternative
70 g ground almonds
2–3 tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup
Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp rum
For coating: cocoa, coconut, melted chocolate, nuts
Crush cookies finely.
Mix with cream cheese, almonds, sugar, and optional flavorings.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls and coat or decorate.
Refrigerate until firm.
Keeps 5–7 days in fridge.
