2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
