  • ¼ cup goat cheese (or cream cheese/tahini)

  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios or nuts

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • Flaky sea salt, zest, or spices for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice dates lengthwise on one side and remove pits.

  • Fill each date with 1 tsp of chosen filling.

  • Sprinkle toppings over the filling.

  • Chill for 15–20 minutes (optional) for firmer texture.
