2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 corn tortillas
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
1/2 cup salsa
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
1/4 cup radish slices (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices.
  • Coat chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry pan.
  • Assemble tacos with chicken and toppings.
