These Cheesy Garlic Rolls are stuffed with melty mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden and gooey. The perfect side for pasta, soup, or snacking.
Dough:
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup warm milk
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
Garlic Butter:
¼ cup butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp parsley (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let foam.
Mix with flour, salt, and butter to form dough. Knead 7–8 mins.
Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 12.
Stuff each piece with cheese and roll into balls. Place in greased pan.
Let rise 30–45 mins.
Melt garlic butter and brush on rolls.
Bake at 375°F for 20–25 mins. Brush again with garlic butter after baking.
Use parchment for easy cleanup. Great with marinara dipping sauce. Freeze leftovers for quick snacks.
