These Caramel Apple Dessert Cups are layered with buttery graham crumbs, cinnamon-spiced apples, and a light caramel vanilla cream. A no-bake fall dessert perfect for holidays and gatherings.
Apple Layer:
3 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled & diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Caramel Cream:
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups whole milk
1/4–1/3 cup caramel sauce
1 cup whipped cream or topping
Crumb Layer:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Garnish:
Extra whipped cream
Caramel drizzle
Crushed nuts or apple slices
Cook apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice for 6–8 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare pudding with milk. Once set, stir in caramel and fold in whipped cream.
Mix graham crumbs with melted butter.
In cups, layer crumbs, caramel cream, apples, and repeat if desired.
Top with whipped cream and caramel. Chill before serving.
Use jars or cups for easy transport. Apples can be made up to 2 days in advance.
