These Caramel Apple Dessert Cups are layered with buttery graham crumbs, cinnamon-spiced apples, and a light caramel vanilla cream. A no-bake fall dessert perfect for holidays and gatherings.

Apple Layer:

  • 3 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled & diced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Caramel Cream:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1/41/3 cup caramel sauce

  • 1 cup whipped cream or topping

Crumb Layer:

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Garnish:

  • Extra whipped cream

  • Caramel drizzle

  • Crushed nuts or apple slices

Instructions

  • Cook apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice for 6–8 minutes. Let cool.

  • Prepare pudding with milk. Once set, stir in caramel and fold in whipped cream.

  • Mix graham crumbs with melted butter.

  • In cups, layer crumbs, caramel cream, apples, and repeat if desired.

  • Top with whipped cream and caramel. Chill before serving.

Notes

Use jars or cups for easy transport. Apples can be made up to 2 days in advance.
