1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup honey (or maple syrup)
2½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Warm peanut butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour over Rice Krispies and mix until evenly coated.
Let cool slightly, then stir in chocolate chips.
