Ingredients

Tender grilled chicken skewers coated in a creamy sweet-spicy bang bang sauce with lightly charred edges and bold flavor.

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.

  • In a bowl whisk olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, paprika, brown sugar, and chili powder.

  • Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Grill over medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Brush with bang bang sauce during the final 2 minutes of cooking.

  • Rest briefly and brush with additional sauce before serving.

Notes

Do not apply sauce too early to avoid burning. Adjust Sriracha for preferred heat level. Greek yogurt can replace part of the mayonnaise for a lighter option.
