Buttery crust, creamy cheesecake, cinnamon apples, and a crunchy oat streusel come together in these decadent fall dessert bars — finished with a drizzle of golden caramel.
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Apple Layer:
2–3 cups peeled, diced apples
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flour
Streusel Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup oats
½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Finishing Touch:
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment.
Make crust: Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into pan and bake 15–18 min.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Pour over crust.
Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Layer over cheesecake.
Make streusel: Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3+ hours.
Slice and drizzle with warm caramel before serving.
Best served chilled or slightly warm. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
