Buttery crust, creamy cheesecake, cinnamon apples, and a crunchy oat streusel come together in these decadent fall dessert bars — finished with a drizzle of golden caramel.

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

Apple Layer:

  • 23 cups peeled, diced apples

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp flour

Streusel Topping:

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup oats

  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Finishing Touch:

  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment.

  • Make crust: Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into pan and bake 15–18 min.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Pour over crust.

  • Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Layer over cheesecake.

  • Make streusel: Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter. Sprinkle on top.

  • Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3+ hours.

  • Slice and drizzle with warm caramel before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled or slightly warm. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
